Is there anything I should know before ordering my envelopes?
Please try to order 20% extra in case of mistakes or additions.     Some envelopes, if they're heavily textured or have fibers or petals pressed into them could affect which writing style can be used. The only way to really know is to test one.

Is there anything I need to know when submitting my guest list?
I ask that your list be typed.  Please use a standard font like Times Roman or Arial.  It can also be E mailed to me.  Don't forget the list of names for your inner envelopes should you have them.  Please triple check your guest list before submitting.  I try to stick by my name and do things "write away" to get your order to you in a timely manner. 

How long will it take?
Approximately 7-10 days, but it depends on how many you have and my work load at the time. 
You need to mail your invitations 6-8 weeks before the event, therefore I like to begin approximately 12 weeks before the date. 

Can you ship anywhere?
Yes.  Shipping costs are reflected on your bill.

Does tax apply?
Yes.

Is a deposit needed?
A deposit is highly recommended to assure I allocate time for you.  Without a deposit, the turn around time may be longer.

Can you match colors?
Yes I can, however, there is an additional fee to do so.  Black is always a classic and formal choice.  Also, a shade lighter or darker may complement your invitation nicely and will not incur a mixing fee.          

If you think you'd like to have a custom color mixed to match your invitation let me know ahead of time so I can make sure I have the colors needed in stock.

Can you do other writing styles not listed in your samples?
No writing can be mastered over night, but I would be willing to give it a try.  If you can obtain a sample of each letter of that alphabet I'm sure to come close.  Depending on the complexity of the lettering the per envelope price could go up, and possibly the turn around time could take longer.

What happens if I make a mistake, or you make a mistake on an address?
If there are any alterations on your part, you will be charged for those already completed, along with the ones that will be redone.  Any errors on my part will be fixed asap and you will not be charged.

Can the zip code placement be changed?
Yes.

How can I make a payment?
